California State University (Fresno); Ph.D. (1978), University of
Minnesota; personnel human resources management and industrial
relations. Areas of research interest and current projects include
performance management and reward systems, equity sensitivity, and
cultural values in relation to employee motivation and reward
preferences. Before assuming faculty responsibilities in the
Department of Management he taught graduate and undergraduate
courses at California State University (Fresno) and the University
of Minnesota. |
