The Department of Management has established an Advisory Council for the Master of Science in Human Resource Management program. We view this development as an opportunity to gain valuable advice about how we can better serve our multiple constituencies and to enhance our program’s visibility in the local business community. Specifically, the council members will: • Assist in designing a curriculum that is relevant to the business community. • Offer feedback to the department regarding the quality of our graduates. • Identify internship and placement opportunities for students. • Provide a resource for guest speakers and adjunct faculty to enrich the curriculum. • Offer advice regarding new department initiatives. • Explore additional community outreach activities.
